Stay for as low as $54 per night plus tax and a one-time housekeeping fee. You may depart as early as you would like, but the snowbird special is based on a 14 or 28-night length of stay.

Note that ALL PARKING & AMENITY FEES ARE WAIVED FOR SNOWBIRD GUESTS. Above rates do not include taxes or housekeeping fee of $7.07 per day – those will be applied at booking. Payment is taken in full at check-in, and no refunds will be given for early departure. At Hotel Tybee, our Snowbird guests enjoy full housekeeping service every Tuesday and Friday, with fresh towels, guest supplies, or trash removal available anytime upon request. The one-time fee for housekeeping is $99 for 14-day stays, and $198 for 28-day stays, incorporated into your nightly rate that will show up at booking. We love dogs! A $125 one-time fee applies for 14-day stays, or $250 for 28-day stays, and is broken down per day ($8.93 per pet, per day, up to two pets at a maximum of 80 lbs).
