Each year, 30+ waterfront merchants welcome little ghouls and goblins on Saturday, October 25th for Trick-or-Treat on River Street. Trick-or-treating begins at 2:00pm and concludes at 5:00pm. Posters will be displayed in all participating establishments. Check our website for the full list closer to the date. Happy Halloween!
