Sneak A Peek At 5 Houses From The Tybee Tour of Homes
The 20th annual Tybee Tour of Homes is May 6 and this year, the lineup is extra special. With a famous home, a renovated antique trailer and a varied selection of local homes, this is your chance to see how real islanders live! Here’s an exclusive look at just a few of the stunning homes on the tour:
This renovated 1940s cottage is affectionately named “Seafoam Shanty” for its vibrant exterior.
A historic 1920s gem featured in the Miley Cyrus movie The Last Song, this huge beach house is a sight to behold.
Van Horne Avenue
This lively purple cottage was built on the site of Tybee Island’s old Central Georgia railroad station. The Tybee Newspaper was also written and published from this home.
Step back in time with this colorful cottage, built for non-commissioned officers in 1910 in Tybee Island’s historic Fort Screven.
And this newly constructed dream getaway with a relaxed, open floor plan. Can you say “heaven”?
